Mark as Useful This woman called threatening to turn things over to a lawyer if I didn't call back by 4:15 PM. Turns out she was calling on a medical bill which I had proof that was paid by insurance. She was VERY rude when I refused to FAX a copy of the EOB from the insurance company.
